KNOXVILLE (AP) -- A judge says no juror misconduct occurred in the mistrial of Knoxville widow Raynella Dossett Leath, accused of killing her second husband.

Criminal Court Judge Richard Baumgartner says an investigation failed to support prosecutor allegations that a juror in Leath's trial in March knew one of the witnesses.

The Knoxville News Sentinel reports Friday that Baumgartner found no further inquiry was needed.

The trial against the 60-year-old widow on charges of killing husband David Leath in 2003 ended with hung jury.

Prosecutors say they will retry her.

Meanwhile, she is awaiting trial on charges of killing her first husband, prosecutor Ed Dossett, in 1992.
