KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- Police say a man they believe was involved in the weekend robbery of a North Knoxville drug store has died of an apparent overdose.

On Saturday night, two men robbed the Walgreens at 2400 N. Broadway at 11:44.

Police say the robbers walked in and handed the pharmacist a note that demanded specific drugs and indicated they had a gun.

The robbers took off with the drugs. They were seen leaving in a black sedan driven by a woman.

On Sunday morning at 9:48, police responded to a call about a dead man at 3612 Lyle Avenue. He was identified as Travis Stewart, 29, a suspect in the Walgreens robbery. He was found on the living room floor.

Police say Stewart appears to have died from a possible drug overdose. His body was sent to the UT Forensic Center to determine an exact cause.

Meggan Moon, 26 the suspected getaway driver in the robbery, was found soon after Stewart.

Moon was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery. Police say more charges may be filed against her.

She's being held at the Knox County Detention Center on a $30,000 bond.

No information has been released about the other suspect in the robbery.
