BARNARD (WATE) - Roane County sheriff's deputies say they arrested four people who were caught Tuesday night in a meth-making party.

A tip led the deputies to Angela Sue Coin's rental home on River Road.

Coin, 47, was taken into custody along with Ashley Morgan Colyer-Jones, 25, of Ten Mile, Edward Brock King, 24, of Kingston, and Trina Dawn Ratliff, 27 of Harriman.

All four are charged with promoting the manufacture of meth.

Colyer-Jones was also charged for failure to appear in court.

A deputy found a bag at the home that had a bottle with a clear substance with grainy pieces in the bottom and black things floating in it.

The sheriff's office says bottle like this are known as "shake and bake" labs. This method does not usually produce a large amount of meth, just enough for personal use.

The meth task force responded to the home.

The Roane County Daily Express contributed to portions of this report.
