KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A former Vol football player was arrested on charges of failing to pay child support.
Dennis Rogan, 23, was booked Sunday into the Knox County Detention Facility on a $1,000 bond.
Rogan played defensive back at UT and left after his junior season.
He was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a free agent after he was not drafted, but he is no longer on the roster.
Rogan was also a standout Knox County high school player on Fulton's state championship teams.
