Farragut teen to be charged in fatal wreck

KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- A 17-year-old Farragut High School student will be charged with vehicular homicide after his passenger died in an accident Friday night.

According to police, Timothy Justin Manning was speeding on Snyder Road just before 11:00 p.m. when he lost control of his car.

A passenger, fifteen-year-old Holly Clancy, was ejected and killed.

Clancy was not wearing a seat belt.

Manning was and he walked away from the wreck without injury.
