Glenn is a career criminal at just 19-years old.
He is wanted for kidnapping and raping a woman along Lyons View Pike on May 9.
Investigators say the crime started as a harmless conversation at around 4:15 in the afternoon. Glenn and an unknown man approached a young woman on her front porch. After a brief struggle the two forced her inside the home, raped her, then took off with $150.
