GREENBACK (WATE) -- Greenback School in Loudon County will re-open Monday after repairs have opened a blocked sewer line.

Maintenance crews pumped a septic tank at the school Thursday.

The blockage was found Wednesday morning in a line that goes into a boy's bathroom in the high school section of the school.

The Loudon County School Board is asking the county commission for $26 million to build a new school for 900 Greenback students, Pre-K through 12th grade.

However, commissioners can't vote on the request until January.
