KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- Two new red light cameras went into effect Monday morning in West Knoxville.
The cameras are at the intersection of Kingston Pike and Morrell Road, by West Town Mall.
The cameras are monitoring eastbound and westbound traffic on Kingston Pike.
Officials are allowing a 30-day warning period for drivers before starting to issue tickets in the mail.
