For many years cooking segments were broadcast during some WATE 6 local programs. In the 1950s and 60s, the recipes were shared by long-time WATE 6 television host Mary Starr. In the early 2000s, Chef Jock (Giacomo) Lijoi offered favorite recipes from his restaurants in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Knoxville. From time to time, viewers have asked for a copy of those old recipes, so we are pleased to make them available here.
