KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) - Fulton High School hosted its annual college and career fair Thursday afternoon to help their seniors transition to the next step.
More than 60 businesses, colleges and technical schools lined the gum to help students find the right option for them. The fair also serves as experience, getting the students acclimated to professional conversations while learning what opportunities are out there.
"We just encourage them to be themselves and they are their best representative," said Kensey Zimmerman with Project Grad Knoxville.
Project Grad Knoxville is behind the event. The program helps students focus on their future in the hopes of improving graduation rates, as well as college and career readiness.
