KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- A University of Tennessee fraternity is on probation after an incident involving alcohol and an underage student.
University officials say alcohol was served during an official event on October 21 at the Phi Gamma Delta house on campus.
The report from the UT Police Department says Jordan Felts, 18, was taken to UT Medical Center that night.
The report says Felts was intoxicated and brought to the hospital by unknown people.
As a result, Phi Gamma Delta has been placed on social probation through the end of the 2010 spring semester.
The fraternity was also put on disciplinary probation, meaning it could be suspended for any violations.
