KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- Investigators are asking for the public's help to identify the man who vaulted the teller counter and robbed a West Knoxville bank Tuesday afternoon.

The man entered the BB&T Bank at 7709 S. Northshore Drive at 2:34 p.m.

After he got an undetermined amount of money, he left on foot.

He carried a brown, plastic bag.

Investigators said a reward is being offered for any information that leads to the man's arrest, but they haven't released the amount.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 865-544-0751 or the Knoxville Police Department at 865-215-7212.
