LAFOLLETTE (WATE) - A man was arrested Wednesday for a fight with multiple injuries outside a restaurant in LaFollette.

The fight happened a little before 10:00 a.m. at the Kountry Kitchen at 803 Jacksboro Pike.

Police said they believe Michael Willis, Bessie Lawson and Tonya Underwood were at the restaurant to eat breakfast when Ricky N. Marlow and Ricky N. Marlow II pulled in and started a fight with them.

A police report says Marlow II struck Willis in the head with a hammer, then hit Lawson in the face twice with his fist, knocking her to the ground and breaking her elbow.

Marlow II also hit Underwood in the face with his fist, knocking her to the ground.

Marlow II was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and three counts of simple assault. He was taken to the Campbell County Jail and police said more charges are pending.

All the victims were treated and released from St. Mary's Hospital. Police said Willis had to have several staples in his head.
