SEVIERVILLE (WATE) - A Newport woman was arrested Tuesday on charges of robbing a pharmacy in Sevierville.

Jenna M. Lewis, 26, is charged with aggravated robbery.

Police suspect her of robbing the Wal-Mart pharmacy at 1414 Parkway of narcotics Tuesday afternoon. An officer arrested her in the store parking lot.

Lewis reportedly told a store employee she had a gun. She was given several bottles of medication and left the store. An officer arrested her in the parking lot.

Police retrieved the medication, along with a toy handgun.

Lewis was taken to the Sevier County jail for booking.
