KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A new mayor's convention came to Knoxville Friday night, but it has nothing to do with local politics.
A new mobile web application called "Four-Square" lets users gain points for visiting specific locations around town.
Once they accumulate points, they can be designated a mayor.
Knox IVI hosts the mayor's convention and plans on making it a regular First Friday feature.
