U.S. Marshals looking for violent sexual predator

KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- U.S. Marshals need the public's help finding Toby James Wine, 34. He's wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Knox County.
Marshals say Wine was originally convicted in November 1994 in Pasco County, Florida on two counts of sexual battery of a 15-year-old girl.
He's considered a violent sexual predator.
Wine is described as 5'11" with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos on his arms and legs.
Anyone with information about Wine should contact (865)-545-4182 and ask for the Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force or the Warrants Section.
