KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) - Campbell County school shooter Kenny Bartley is a wanted man once again after failing to appear in court Wednesday morning.
Bartley was scheduled to appear regarding a criminal trespassing citation from November 2017 at the Salvation Army off Broadway in Knoxville.
According to Bartley's attorney Greg Isaacs, Bartley didn't show up because of an unforeseen problem with transportation and Bartley did not want to reschedule. The judge then issued a warrant for his arrest.
Bartley currently lives in Davidson County, according to Isaacs. Bartley was most recently released form jail in November 2016 after being sentenced to 10 months for several probation violations following assault charges against his parents.
