Police seek man who struck woman with toy gun at gas station

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) - Sevierville police are searching for a man they say struck a 67-year-old woman with a toy gun at a gas station before fleeing the scene on Thursday night around 11:20.

Police say the man hit the woman on the head as she was walking from her vehicle to the Pilot at 1257 Parkway. The man then fled in a silver Toyota 4Runner SUV. 

The woman was taken to LeConte Medical Center with a head injury. Nothing was stolen.

Police say the suspect is a slender man wearing a maroon or red hoody, camo pants and red and white shoes.
