KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) - The Tennessee men's basketball team is still ranked in the Top 25 in the latest AP College Basketball poll.
The Vols moved down one spot from #21 in the nation in the poll to #22 as of today. The Vols went 1-1 last week, including a 59-55 loss to Missouri on Wednesday.The team grabbed a solid road win over South Carolina 70-63 on Saturday evening in Columbia.
Tennessee's Lamonte Turner matched his career high with 25 points against South Carolina.
The Vols host Vanderbilt on Wednesday, then travel to Ames, Iowa to play Iowa State.
There are only two other SEC teams in the AP Top 25: Auburn (19) and Florida (20).
Villanova, Virginia, Purdue, Duke and Kansas make up the top five.
