MURFREESBORO (WATE) -- This was not what the TSSAA had in mind...

Their new football playoff brackets were released on Saturday morning, only to be pulled from their website after errors were discovered.

In a statement released by the TSSAA, officials extended apologizes to everyone involved with high school football in the state of Tennessee.

The playoffs get underway on Friday, November 6.

Among the notables for local teams:

In Class 1A, Grace Christian is a one seed, and has a first round bye.

In Class 2A, Oneida is a two seed, and has a first round bye.

In Class 3A, Alcoa is a one seed, and will host Tyner in the first round.

In Class 4A, Fulton is a four seed, and will host East Ridge in the first round.

In Class 5A, Clinton is a two seed, and will host Shelbyville in the first round.

In Class 6A, there were some very interesting pairings.

Undefeated Sevier County gets a one seed, and will host eight seed Bearden in the first round.

Farragut, the top ranked team in the state for a few weeks earlier this season, dropped to a five seed, and will start on the road at Ooltewah.  The Owls were also ranked number one this season.

Maryville is on a nine game win streak, but couldn't move any higher than a two seed.  They'll host Dobyns Bennett in the first round.
