SEVIERVILLE (WATE) - A fire broke out Sunday night at a restaurant in Sevier County, but crews were able to contain the flames to one building.
Officials said the fire started at Quizno's in the 2400 block of Boyd's Creek Highway. The flames were reported just after 8:45 p.m.
Employees at the restaurant's adjoining gas station noticed smoke coming from the building and called 911.
The sub shop had already closed for the night when the fire started. No injuries were reported.
Crews found heavy smoke when they arrived. Officials said the flames did not spread to the connecting business.
The cause is still under investigation. No other information has been released.
