CUMBERLAND GAP (WATE) - Authorities are investigating after a Cumberland Gap business owner was found dead in his shop Tuesday afternoon.

The body of Harvey Fuson, owner of the Old Drug Store and Antiques at 515 Colwyn Avenue, was found by his wife in a puddle of blood just after 1:00 p.m.

Claiborne County investigators are looking for several people of interest, but the names have not been released. They also have not released Fuson's cause of death.

Investigators say robbery may be a motive and there are people of interest.

"We are looking at some people right now and going over evidence that we do have at this time and analyzing it. We're all working to bring a conclusion to this investigation," said Capt. David Honeycutt, with the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is helping with the case.

If you have any information, call the sheriff's office at 423-626-3121.
