KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A man who bought a Powerball ticket at a North Knoxville convenience store won $1 million.

Charles Lape claimed the prize, but declined to have his photo taken according to Tennessee Lottery officials. He bought the ticket at Mr. Zip at 4801 N. Broadway.

The drawing for the $221.7 million Powerball jackpot was on Wednesday night.

Lape's ticket matched all five white balls selected in the drawing and the winner used the Power Play option. That raised the $200,000 prize to a $1 million prize.
