PIGEON FORGE (WATE) - Pigeon Forge police arrested five people Thursday night on charges they were involved in making meth. The child of one of the suspects was taken into state custody.
Police say they found a meth lab at 744 Pine Mountain Road after receiving a tip.
Four of the suspects live at the home:
Charles Martin Hux, 26, is charged with manufacturing meth and reckless endangerment.
Johnny Ray Hicks, 33, is charged with meth promotion.
Belinda Pauline Henderson, 47, is charged with meth promotion
Cynthia Whaley, 27, is charged with meth promotion, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment and child endangerment.
Whaley's three-year-old child was taken from the scene into custody of the Tennessee Department of Children's Services.
A Dandridge man, David Brian Burke, 24, is also charged with meth promotion.
