KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A federal grand jury indicted a Knoxville man Tuesday for trying to entice a twelve-year-old to engage in sex.

The indictment of Raymond Walter Boden, 57, resulted from an investigation by the Knoxville Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Boden is scheduled to go on trial August 30 before U.S. District Judge Thomas A. Varlan.

If he's convicted, Boden would face between 10 years to life in prison and a fine of $250,000.

He could also receive supervised release between five years to life and a $100 special court assessment.
