HARRIMAN (WATE) - A bar fight in Roane County on July 23 left a man dead and another behind bars.
The sheriff's office say Eric Glenn Gallaher is charged with reckless homicide in the death of David Harvey at the Grill and Pub Bar on Harriman Highway.
Investigators say Harvey was found dead on a grassy area near the bar. He had been beaten and they say he likely died from a blow to the head.
Gallaher has been arrested numerous times in Roane County dating back to 1999 with theft and underage drinking charges.
