Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians is looking for Volunteer Adult Leaders.

Girl Scouts is the world's preeminent organization dedicated solely to all girls.  In an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success in the real world.  In partnership with committed adult volunteers, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives... qualities like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential 7 self-worth.

Could you volunteer 3-6 hours per month with a team of other volunteers to help lead a troop? The Girl Scouts need dedicated adults to engage girls in discovering self, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place.  Complete training and on-going support is provided.

Please contact the Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians to learn more.  Write css@girlscoutcsa.org, call 1-800-474-1912, or visit www.girlscoutcsa.org.
