HUNTSVILLE (WATE) - The search continues for a missing woman out of Scott County. Christina Bussell was last seen on September 28.

Alicia Cooper Gregory, her sister, says Bussell wasn't the type to leave without telling someone. "She didn't say anything about going anywhere or anything to let us know where she might be going. We all really have no clue, because she's never done this before. She always calls us."

Gregory says she and her sister were close growing up, but that things had begun to change. "She hung out with some people that were the wrong crowd, you know. She was into some things that probably wasn't best for her. That's one thing that worries us."

The family has tried calling her several times, but their calls have gone unanswered. "We tried the numbers that we last had and there's no answer. We have not been able to find out anything."

The Scott County Sheriff's Office has been working on the case.

"They say that they don't really know where else to look. They've been following up on leads, we've been following up on leads," according to Gregory.

All Bussell's family wants is to see her again. "We're not looking for anyone to try to place a blame on. If anyone has her, we want them to drop her off somewhere where she can call us, or call and let us know where we can find her."

If you have any information on where Christina Bussell may be, call the Scott County Sheriff's Office at (423) 663-3111.
