Posted: Updated:

Knox County Schools Adult Education offers free high school equivalency day and evening classes.

Adults who have begun working toward their GED® are urged to complete the test by December 31, 2013 before the new GED® test changes January 1, 2014. Anyone who has not completed the test by December 31, 2013 will have to begin the testing process over again.

There is still time for adult students begin working toward their GED® or to complete the test if it has already been started. Financial assistance is available for the cost of the GED® test for those who qualify until December.
