MAYNARDVILLE (WATE) - A Knoxville woman is dead after crashing her SUV into an embankment Friday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 1 p.m. in the 300 block of Monroe Street in Maynardville.
Tennessee Highway Patrol said Julie Sellers, 38, was traveling westbound on the narrow road when she lost control of the Chevy Blazer and struck an embankment. She was ejected when the vehicle overturned.
Sellers was not wearing a seatbelt.
