KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The Knoxville Fire Department is investigating a Saturday morning house fire in South Knoxville.
Dispatchers say the fire broke out just before 5:30 a.m. on the 2600 block of Vucrest Avenue.
The home was vacant at the time.
Captain D.J. Corcoran said because there was no power or utilities to the building, the fire appears suspicious.
