WASHINGTON, D.C. (WATE) - Five major retailers are joining forces to pull a dangerous crib tent off store shelves.
The Tots in Mind crib tent poses an entrapment hazard. One child was killed, another suffered serious brain injury.
Two years ago Tots in Mind recalled the tents. The company is no longer in business and the repair kit is no longer available. That's why Amazon, Walmart, Toys R Us, Burlington Coat Factory and Bed, Bath and Beyond are initiating the new recall.
