KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Publix Super Markets will host a two-day job fair in June as it prepares to open in Knoxville.
The event is at the Holiday Inn Knoxville West, 304 N. Cedar Bluff Road, on Tuesday, June 19 from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 20 from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The first Publix in Knoxville will open this summer at Northshore Town Center along Pellissippi Parkway and Northshore Drive.
Two more locations have been announced in the Turkey Creek Shopping Center and the University Commons at Cumberland Avenue and Volunteer Boulevard, but those opening dates are not yet confirmed.
"We will actually start out with the first store, which will be the Northshore Town Center location. We will hire a little more for that location, and begin training so they can transfer to the second location, which is in Turkey Creek," Brenda Reid, with Publix media and community relations, told 6 News in May.
