DANDRIDGE (WATE) - One man is dead after wrecking his motorcycle and falling into Douglas Lake early Sunday morning.
Jefferson County Sheriff Bud McCoig said the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
A man was traveling westbound on Highway 25W/70 over Swann's Bridge when he struck a concrete divider.
A witness and rescue officials found the bike on the roadway. The man's body was eventually found in Douglas Lake.
The man's identity was no immediately known.
