MORRISTOWN (WATE) - A Morristown woman is facing charges after police say she neglected her five children.
Luz A. Hernandez, 24, is charged with five counts of child neglect after police say she left her children, ranging in age from two to seven, unattended.
Police say they found the children living in a dirty home with no food. The oldest child allegedly told police she didn't know where her parents went.
Hernandez is being held in the Hamblen County Jail until immigration officials determine her status.
