LOUDON (WATE) - A multiple vehicle wreck on Interstate 40 shut down the eastbound lanes for a few hours Wednesday morning.
Loudon County officials and the Tennessee Highway Patrol worked to clear the wreck that happened around 3:00 a.m. A semi hauling a double trailer and a pickup truck with a camper crashed into each other at mile marker 368 on the eastbound side of I-40.
No one was injured in the crash, but it shut down lanes on eastbound I-40 for about 3 hours.
The scene was cleared and all lanes were back open just before 6:30 a.m.
