LOUDON (WATE) - A Madisonville man was arrested and charged for burglarizing cars at a popular swimming hole in Loudon County.

Timothy Lee Moore, 34, is accused of stealing debit cards and IDs from cars parked at the Bluffs in Greenback. He's charged with burglary and other charges are pending.

Sheriff's investigators say they have also identified a second suspect they're seeking to arrest. His name has not been released.

On May 28 and June 13, vehicles were burglarized at the Bluffs area and credit cards were stolen.

The sheriff's office says in the June burglary, the suspect was apparently cut by glass and left blood on the window.

Investigators got surveillance video from Walmart of the suspect using a credit card from the May burglary. After the video was released to 6 News and other stations, the investigators began getting tips on the suspect's identity.

Monroe County investigators said they found Moore's mother's vehicle with blood in it.

The sheriff's office says Moore first told officers he cut himself on the foot replacing a friend's window, but later confessed that he was involved in the burglaries.

Investigators also recovered a shirt that matched the shirt worn in the Walmart transaction.
