Cosby woman charged 2nd time with TennCare doctor shopping

COSBY (WATE) - A Cosby woman is charged for a second time with doctor shopping using TennCare benefits.

Nichole Weyman, 27, is charged in a Hamilton County indictment with one count of doctor shopping for hydrocodone, using TennCare as payment.

Weyman was arrested earlier in June after a Knox County indictment for the same charge.

TennCare fraud is a Class E felony carrying a sentence of up to two years in prison per charge.
