KINGSTON (WATE) - A Kingston woman is charged with TennCare fraud for allegedly using the program to pay for fake prescriptions.
Laura Ferguson, 23, is charged with two counts of TennCare fraud.
An indictment accuses her of getting forged prescriptions for oxycodone filled and using TennCare benefits to pay for them.
