WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WATE) - Six Williamsburg residents were arrested Thursday on controlled substance charges during a round up in Whitley County.
The suspects and their charges are:
- Roger Johnson Jr., 21, of Feather Creek - charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
- Kenneth Powers, 25, of Little Wolf Creek - charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
- Jacklyn Jones, 25, of Lot Mud Creek - charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
- Charlie Prewitt, 36, of Lot Mud Creek - charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree
- George Dean, 31, of Mauney Chapel Road - charged with trafficking in a controlled substance second degree
- Tony Brammlett, 41, of Sukie Hollow Road - charged with two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
All six were booked into the Whitley County Detention Center.
The Whitley County Sheriff's Office, Williamsburg Police Department and Kentucky State Police conducted the round up.
