ALCOA (WATE) - Two men were arrested Thursday when officers say they found drugs at a home in Alcoa's Hall community.

The Blount County Sheriff's Office identified the men as Stephen Lawrence Hatcher, 53, of E. Newcomen Street, and Adam Joseph Sudderth, 23, of E. Edison Street.

Investigators with the Fifth Judicial Drug Task Force and the sheriff's office SWAT team, executed a state search warrant Thursday afternoon at Hatcher's house.

The sheriff's office says they found drug paraphernalia throughout the home.

Alcoa police and codes enforcement also responded because there was no power or water to the house.

Hatcher is charged with maintaining a dwelling where controlled substances are being used, sold and made.

Sudderth is charged with possession of crack cocaine and a controlled substance.

Both men were booked into the Blount County Detention Facility.
