KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Two Knox County men were arrested Wednesday morning on sex charges involving children.

Mitchell McCarty, 20, was arrested at a home on Ridgeview Road. He is charged with rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, and sexual activity involving a minor.

He is accused of molesting two victims. His bond was set at $550,000.

Noah Foust, 34, was arrested at a home on Howell Lane. He is charged with rape of a child, incest, statutory rape by authority figure, and aggravated sexual battery.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office says Foust has a criminal history that includes possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange, and aggravated assault.

His bond was set at $500,000.

Officers with the Knox County Sheriff's Office Family Crisis Unit and Criminal Warrants Unit made the arrests.
