KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A public meeting will be held Thursday to discuss the expansion of a downtown Knoxville parking garage.
City officials, members of the Public Building Authority, architects and contractors will discuss plans for the project to enlarge the State Street parking garage.
The project includes an elevated walkway from the garage over State Street to a movie theater on Gay Street.
Member of the public will be allowed to ask questions.
The meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the East Tennessee History Center on South Gay Street.
