WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WATE) - The Whitley County Sheriff's Office seized nine poker machines from a market Wednesday during an illegal gambling investigation.
The machines were at the Friendly Food Market in the Woodbine Community.
Dipa Patell, 35, and Pina Patel, 32, both of Woodbine were cited at the scene for promoting gambling second degree.
Mahindrakumar Patel, 48, and Nileshbhal Patel, 35, both of Williamsburg, were arrested for conspiracy to promote gambling and booked into the Whitley County Detention Center.
The sheriff's office also seized $375 of gambling money during the raid.
