KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Follow up mosquito spraying is planned Sunday night in far West Knox County.
The areas are where West Nile Virus was found in mosquitoes earlier in July. The spraying is scheduled for Sunday, July 29 from 9:00 p.m. to midnight, weather permitting.
The spray area includes all streets in these subdivisions: Amber Woods, Bayview West, Choto Farms, Heron's Point, Livery, Mallard Bay, Tanglewood, WalnutGrove, and the Woods at Montgomery Cove.
Subdivisions that are not included are: Bailey Park, Choto Fields, Greystone Cour and Montgomery Cove.
Signs will be erected to alert residents, who are asked to stay inside during spraying and to keep pets inside or in the back yard.
