TOTZ, Ky. (WATE) – A Totz man died early Thursday morning when he was thrown from an ATV.
Billy R. Halcomb, 62, was driving an ATV westbound on Totz Alley Road around 5:00 a.m. when he struck a fence. Kentucky State Police said the ATV overturned, threw Halcomb off, then landed on him.
Halcomb was pronounced dead at the scene.
