KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Knoxville City Council members approved a deal Tuesday night to help keep Kimberly-Clark in the city.

The resolution allows Kimberly-Clark to pay the Industrial Development Board $200,000 over five years in lieu of taxes.

Kimberly-Clark is considering moving into part of the former Goody's headquarters in West Knoxville.

The personal and home products company sold its office building on Summit Hill after officials with the company said workers there needed more parking space.
