KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The public is invited to pick the flicks again for the Knox County Public Library's Movies on Market Square series.

On September 7, the ninth season of dog-friendly outdoor movies launches its fall line-up.

Every Friday night from September 7-October 12, the public is invited to a free, family movie.

Voting runs from August 8 - 27 at www.knoxlib.org/movies. The choices in six categories are all rated PG-13 or less.

The library says this year's top contenders include "The Hunger Games," "The Blind Side," "Talladega Nights" and "Pee-wee's Big Adventure."

The perennial underdog continues to be the 1976 classic "Rocky." Organizers say they're keeping their fingers crossed.

The library will announce the winning line up will be announced on August 30.
