JOHNSON CITY (WATE) - The Tennessee football team returns to Science Hill High School on Saturday for their first scrimmage of the preseason.
The Vols moved training camp to Milligan College in Elizabethton, but heavy rain has forced the team to relocate to the all-weather playing surface at the Johnson City high school.
Derek Dooley was less than enthused with the first day of work on Friday and hopes the Vols show more spunk on Saturday.
"I don't know where to begin," Dooley said after practice.
"Obviously, I want us to play with a level of intensity that we didn't always do last year. It's going to be a great level of evaluation for some of these guys that want to get in the mix and try to help the team."
The Vols will remain at Milligan College through Aug. 15.
