KNOXVILLE (WATE) - An unidentified man was found lying on railroad tracks in downtown Knoxville early Saturday morning.
Knoxville police say the man was discovered on the tracks near 17th Street and Grand Avenue just after 4 a.m.
He was transported from the scene by EMS.
The extent of his injuries are not known at this time.
